We have noticed that many modelers are sending us e-mail. We do respond
to everyone that asks questions. However, in some cases, after we have
drafted our reply, we send it only to have it come back "user unknown".

Please be sure your return e-mail address is programmed properly in your
browser, before you send us e-mail; or we cannot answer you.

If you are not sure that your browser is programmed properly, then
please include your complete e-mail address in your letter.

Also: please type EAGLE DRIVER in the Subject line (so we know it is not spam).
