 The QUICK-BUILD SABRE JET is the least-expensive jet kit, on the market - period!!! That is: when you add up all the equipment needed, to complete any other ducted fan kit. All you need (to enjoy the thrill of flying a true, ducted fan jet) with our SABRE is: a K&B 7.5 engine (about $150.00), a TURBAX I fan (about $83.00), a 7.5 cc tuned pipe (about $20.00) and of course, a 4 channel radio. You don't even need an extension starter probe; since, the fan spinner can be reached through the intake, with your standard electric starter. We refer to our SABRE as: a "tube with wings"; but, it's a heck of a lot better Looking and better Flying, than anything else that's out there for the Price. Powered by a .45DF or a .61 rear exhaust engine; it has been dubbed by Bob Davis of DAVIS DIESEL as, "the Pocket Rocket." It's small, light, cheap, easy to transport to the field and you can build one in a week-end. We did - at the MARC show in Baltimore.
